Date Powder
Our Date Sugar is made from pure dates. The process consists of grinding 100% natural dates into fine powder ready to be used as a replacement for white and brown sugars. The powdery form makes it a healthy sugar alternative for baking and cooking needs.
Additionally, you benefit from all the natural goodness of dates, as whole dates are only used to produce our date sugar. It is rich in potassium, magnesium, copper and other vitamins and minerals. Due to the fibrous nature of dates, date sugar will not dissolve or melt.
