Date Powder
At Al Barakah Dates Factory, we strive to support humanitarian and environmental causes. One main initiative we pioneer is to reduce the amount of wastage produced. Some of our production processes generate whole seeds and date fiber as by-products, which we use to create new offerings. These nutritious products are useful for varied products including baby enrichment formulas, animal feed and skin cosmetics.
DATE FIBER
Date fiber is a core component of the date fruit that contains many nutrients. After extracting the fiber, we thoroughly dry dates to minimise moisture content to a bare minimum.Â
DATE SEEDS
Date seeds are a by-product that can be used for multiple purposes. We dry the seeds completely and ‎either pack them as they are, or crush it into fine powder.
