Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Since our product is a food item, we do not accept returns due to our hygiene standards. We will process an exchange if applicable.

To process an exchange, please contact us at, with the product image, reason of refund and product receipt.

Once your exchange claim has been evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that your exchange has been approved or rejected.

CANCELLATIONS (if applicable)

Cancellations are only applicable within 3 hours after purchasing a product.

After 3 hours, the product will be scheduled for delivery.
